What is the setup fee?

We do not charge a setup fee!

Do I need my own server?

branchbob is a cloudbased shop software. Your store does not need its own server and is always available. You don't have to worry about anything that concerns technology.

How can I use my own domain?

You can run your branchbob store under your own domain. The prerequisite for this is that you have registered a domain at a domain provider and booked the business or enterprise plan.

Contract & Costs

branchbob has no minimum contract period or similar regulations - Use your new store as long as you want. Only if you sell something successfully, we will charge you a sales commission otherwise your store is completely free (only for the startup plan).

Do I have to provide my bank details when registering?

Your bank details will only be required after the 14-day free trial period. You then have the choice between the plans shown above.

Which payment methods can I use in my store?

We have interfaces to the most popular payment providers in Germany such as AmazonPay, PayPal and Stripe. But also the traditional payment methods like prepayment, invoice and even cash payment are already integrated in your branchbob shop.

How much storage space do I have?

With branchbob you don't have any memory restrictions. It doesn't matter if you want to sell "1 product" or "1,000", with us you get as much space as you need to run a successful online store.

Can I import products via CSV file?

Yes, just use the integrated CSV import tool to import your products via CSV.

Do I have to have my own domain?

No, you can also use a free subdomain of branchbob https://subdomain.mybranchbob.com. After the free registration it will be set up automatically based on your store name.

Can I create variants?

If your products differ in colour, size, material etc., this is no problem. With the feature "product variants" you have control.

Is it possible to run a dropshipping store with branchbob?

Thanks to the possibility to simply add an unlimited number of products via CSV import, this is no problem at all!

Can I create products manually?

Sure, even super easy and fast. The CSV import, on the other hand, is a better solution with regard to stock management and shops with larger product inventories.

How will the order handling be done?

We will notify you of each order and send your customers the according order confirmation mails and invoices if set this as default. The only thing you have to do is to dispatch the package and tell your customer with one hit on a button.

Can I also set different currencies?

To be able to sell internationally, you can of course not only change your shop language, but also choose between Euro, Dollar and Swiss Franc as sales currency.

Do I have to take care of product inventory myself?

No, if you activate automatic inventory tracking, we will mechanically update the stock of your products after each order. With a filter function, you can even see all products with low stock at a glance and reorder accordingly.
